In July 2026, we are launching our Sauna and Sobriety to Treatment Center Model with a vision of bringing the experience of sauna to those in early sobriety through a multi-session format. We aim to connect with treatment centers in Minnesota first and foremost to model this concept and reach mainly treatment centers' outpatients, while making room for program/ center alumni who may also be curious about this experience.

Our pilot program includes a six-session series, each event running three hours total and incorporating a guided sauna session that opens up space for exploration and integration of an alcohol-free lifestyle. This model can potentially offer a more sustainable and healthy sobriety journey. The experience and outcomes in our next iterations can provide data and measurement of this model's effectiveness.
